'BroadFenlane originated from a modest aspiration: to share real Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our pizza shop began as a petite, family-guided venture with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, acquired the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, receiving wisdom from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. Once back in the UK, she endeavored to reproduce the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and prime ingredients.
Starting as a quaint 12-seat pizza joint, it has flourished into a cherished community fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We continue to utilize traditional wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and procure the best quality ingredients available.
Presently, 'BroadFenlane is still in the hands of its founding family, with the Rossi progeny now steering our devoted crew. Although we've adopted modern refinements, the core spirit of our company persists: delivering delectable, real pizza that unites folks.
